Rules and Regulations

All residents, including permanent, seasonal, and vacationing guests, are required to follow all rules and regulations listed below.

• At least one member of the household must be age 55 or older.
• All residents must undergo a credit and criminal background check before entering the property.
• Any guest staying more than 30 days must have written approval from Siesta Bay management.
• All rates include electricity, 5G WiFi, Roku television service, water, sewer, and rubbish removal.
• Application fee and cleaning before and after your stay are included; regular maid service during your stay is not included.
• NO PETS of any kind are permitted.
• Any outdoor use of city water is prohibited.
• All guests must fill out a Rental Application (included with your Junonia Dreams Reservation Packet).
• Speed limit is 10 mph.
• Primero Pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Sombrero Pool is open from 9 a.m. to one-half hour before sunset.
• Fitness center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Soliciting of any type is not permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited in the unit and in all common buildings and pool areas.
• No open flames of any kind are permitted. BBQ grills are permitted.
• No firearms or fireworks are allowed.
• Do not feed the alligators, birds, turtles, or any other animal or wildlife.
• Swimming in the lakes is prohibited.
• Clotheslines are not permitted.
• No boats or trailers of any kind are permitted on the sites.
• Vehicles must be parked completely on the site. No parking on grass or in the streets.
• Excessive use of alcohol during your stay is prohibited. Possession or use of any illegal substances, or abuse of any legal substances, is prohibited.
