The Coquina, exterior freshly painted in 2021, has a light, airy, beachy feel to it.
The back deck of the Coquina is a great place to catch those first rays of morning sunshine.
Feel free to use any of our three bikes to get around to the pool, library, pickleball courts, anywhere in Siesta Bay and even beyond. (There’s a bike path all the way-1.8 miles-to Bunche Beach!)

There’s a queen-size sofa sleeper and TWO recliners in the Florida room.
43″ Vizio television with Roku TV including four premium streaming services (Paramount+, Peacock Premium, Discovery+ and Hulu). There’s also plenty of board games for those rainy days, birding guidebooks for the sunny days, and even a collection of 20 books from local mystery author Randy Wayne White. (Safety alert! This “Doc Ford” series of novels can be addicting. Ask us how we know!)
Just in case you have to get some work done while you’re there. And FREE WiFi, too!
