Shorebird Rental Policies, Rates, and Rules
Shorebird Rental Policies
- Minimum rental is 7 days
- No pets are allowed
- No smoking is permitted in our unit
- Rates are based on double occupancy. $35/night/person over 2. Maximum 4 people.
- Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
- Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.
- Lodging/sales tax is 11.5% (as of April 1, 2025)
- The Shorebird is professionally cleaned immediately prior to your arrival. During your stay, cleaning service arrangements can be made for an additional fee.
- Payment Policy: 50% of the total rental, including tax, is due to Junonia Dreams at time of booking; remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept all major credit cards.
- Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive full refund minus $300 booking/application fee. No cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds are given for weather-related events. We recommend travel insurance, especially during hurricane season (June 1 – November 30).
