The Coquina is currently closed for the season until October 1, 2022.

All rates in the table above are subject to 11.5% sales (6.5%-State of Florida) and tourism (5%-Lee County) taxes as required by law.
In addition to the rates noted above, there is a damage deposit of $500 (refundable) due with your final payment.
All rates are based on single/double occupancy only. For additional guests during any part of your stay, add $25 (plus 11.5% tax) per person per day. The maximum occupancy of the Coquina is a total of 4 people on any given day.
Weekly and two-week rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
- Autumn — Saturday, October 1, 2022 to Saturday, October 29, 2022
- Early Winter — Saturday, October 29, 2022 to Saturday, December 3, 2022
- Peak Season — Saturday, December 3, 2022 to Saturday, April 1, 2023
- Spring 2022 — Saturday, April 1, 2023 to Saturday, April 29, 2023
The Coquina is closed for the season from May 2023 through September 2023.

To check on availability and make your reservation, call Ann at 812-340-5077.
To reserve the Coquina, 50% (including taxes) of the rental price is due immediately. The remaining 50% (including taxes) plus $500 damage deposit is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.
Assuming there is no damage to our home, your $500 damage deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation AT LEAST 30 CALENDAR DAYS prior to your check-in date entitles you to a refund of your total payments received less $300 administrative fee. Cancellation LESS THAN 30 CALENDAR DAYS prior to your check-in date results in forfeiture of any monies paid to date.
We do not refund or postpone reservations because of natural events, such as hurricanes or red tide. The only exception is in event of a government-issued emergency declaration AND mandatory evacuation of the community. In that case, we will pro-rate the refund based on the number of nights you lose under the evacuation order.
